Toni Marie Cox is an artist, a pastry chef, and a proprietress. Toni completed her BA in fine arts from the University of Illinois, Chicago. Afterwards, Toni applied her talents to the culinary world. She notably honed her artistry as Executive Pastry Chef at Chicago’s elegant Mayfair Regent Hotel and Le Ciel Bleu. Disney sought out her talents to head the pastry kitchen of The Disneyland Hotel, Paris.
