Briana & Andrew’s Venuti’s Wedding Fit for Royalty
Briana and Andrew were friends first — teenagers when they met, and close for years before anything romantic developed. When they eventually began dating, it was a natural progression of something that had already been strong for a long time. When Andrew was in law school and Briana was pursuing her doctorate in psychology, they grew alongside each other through some of life’s most demanding seasons. More than anything, they are still best friends. That’s exactly what they wanted their wedding to reflect.
As the namesake of Bri’Zan Couture, the upscale bridal and formalwear boutique her mother owns, Briana had a lot to live up to when it came to her gown. She and her mother custom designed a Stephen Yearick creation that exceeded every expectation: intricate baroque-style embroidery, shimmering beadwork, a sumptuous train and absolutely fit for royalty.
Venuti’s Banquets was the natural home for a reception like this. The venue’s dramatic marble double staircase, warm Italian-influenced interiors and signature culinary reputation made it an easy choice. Layered with rich textures, soft candlelight and all-white florals against white draping, the space struck an elegance that was abundant without tipping into excess.
In keeping with the couple’s Middle Eastern heritages, the couple arrived to a lively Zaffa, a procession full of music and movement that announced the night had begun. Once that energy was in the room, it stayed.
The celebration was luxurious from start to finish and, by every measure, exactly the night the couple had in mind.
