Fine Dining, Candlelight and Tropical Greenery for Jake & Zach at Wildman BT

While Jake was planning the proposal, Zach had already placed a hold on their wedding date at Wildman BT. Neither one knew what the other was up to, but they were undeniably on the same page.

The couple’s careers naturally influenced the way they approached wedding planning. Jake works in tech sales and Zach works in the events industry, so between them, no detail goes unconsidered. With Zach’s background in event and culinary production, nearly everyone involved in the wedding was a close friend or former colleague. Even the venue choice came from a past connection: Zach worked at one of the very first events Wildman BT hosted and, ever since, had filed it away as the spot where he and Jake would marry.

A serpentine aisle wound toward the altar, where the grooms exchanged vows beneath a lush tropical arrangement. At dinner, matching sinuous tables glowed with candles, creating a feeling that was abundant yet intimate. Rather than a traditional escort-card display, guests checked in at a fine-dining-inspired host stand and received handwritten letters from Jake and Zach with their table assignments tucked inside.

While the ceremony and dinner leaned moody and candlelit, the dance floor revealed a more playful side. Beyond a draped partition awaited disco balls, monogram branding and a 360-degree bar complete with leather- bound cocktail menus.

From the amuse-bouche that opened dinner to the eight-piece band that carried guests onto the dance floor, Jake and Zach’s wedding embraced all the senses. Like the proposal and venue reservation that unknowingly happened in tandem, the entire celebration was remarkably in sync.
