Hotel Wedding Venues

Looking for a beautiful space, but don’t want to sacrifice convenience? Well, look no further. A hotel wedding venue might just be the one for you. But don’t be confused. When we say “hotel wedding venue”, we don’t mean the run-down conference center with atrocious carpet located between a fast food joint and the local interstate. Hotel venues are just as varied and unique as any other venue–from white neoclassical splendor to industrial exposed brickwork.

Not only are hotel venues convenient in their onsite accommodations for you and your guests, but most higher end hotels are well-prepared and fully equipped for your wedding. Typically they will have delicious onsite catering and/or a list of preferred vendors in the area for you to work with. Their staff will be able to assist in serving and setup and your bridal suite will be right upstairs for your convenience. Many hotels will, as well, have multiple rooms to choose from in which to host your ceremony, cocktail, and reception. The options are varied and well-equipped.

Most hotels will offer a number of packages for you and your spouse-to-be to choose from and deals for booking rooms for you and your guests. Pricing will depend greatly on the style of the hotel, location, and time of year. Many hotels will charge a fee to book the event room and an additional amount for their mandatory onsite catering, so make sure you know exactly what you’re being charged for when they give you a proposal. There could be a lot of necessities that are not included in the initial price.
