The Gold Room, built in the early 1900s, emphasizes the glamor of old Chicago. As the hotel’s most popular event space, its unique French Rococo décor makes it the perfect location to host a dream wedding. For a little taste of history there’s the Florentine Room, the hotel’s original ballroom built in 1893 at the time of the World’s Columbian Exposition. It features a gracefully arched ceiling with Italian Renaissance style murals, original candelabras and sconces, and exquisite inlay wood paneling. Smaller, more intimate rooms are also available that offer stunning city views.
