Palmer House Gilded Glamour for Brianna & Joseph
Car troubles are responsible for Brianna and Joe’s love story. On the way to a party of a mutual friend, Brianna’s car broke down and Joe — a stranger at the time — was deployed to retrieve her. The two clicked immediately and skipped the party to talk more. And the rest is history.
Before their glamorous October 2021 reception at The Palmer House, the couple married in an intimate backyard ceremony. Their wedding reception had been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but it was well worth the wait. To kick off the celebration, the couple played their wedding video to their guests before making their grand entrance into the reception. Even though many guests couldn’t be there for their backyard wedding, they still got the chance to witness the ceremony on film.
The Hollywood glam-themed wedding centered around a black and gold color palette with all white florals. Glowing candles illuminated the space softly, as the glitz of rhinestones and the glamour of white roses sang. The Empire Room at The Palmer House served as the perfect backdrop for this aesthetic. “We chose this venue because it took our breath away,” shared the bride.
A glittery vision in white, Brianna wore a Lazaro dress with a custom Lazaro overskirt. She purchased the dress from the famous Kleinfeld Bridal with designer Lazaro himself present. For Brianna, bridal and weddings are particularly special. As the owner of Every Kind of Beautiful, she is accustomed to making brides look and feel their best on their big day. Having her team by her side to do her own hair and makeup was a special touch to the already special day.
