All it took was one date of sushi and “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” for Brian and Xander to realize they were at the start of something special. “From the first day we started planning our wedding, we knew we wanted it to be the best wedding that anyone had ever been to,” the couple recalled. Packed with personal touches and unexpected delights, their celebration absolutely lived up to the hype.
In search of a venue that felt warm, inviting and just a little unexpected, Brian and Xander found their match in Wildman BT. It was the very first space they toured, and they were smitten from the start. With its dramatic velvet curtains, eclectic furniture, video wall and effortlessly cool decor, it checked every box. Elevated and distinctive yet cozy and welcoming, the couple knew this was the kind of place where their guests would instantly feel at home.
Surprises were sprinkled throughout the night, keeping everyone grinning from start to finish. Brian and Xander walked down the aisle with their beloved pups, Cooper and Wicker; were married by a drag queen officiant who later kicked off the reception with a performance; and served up vape shots at a High Minded Events cannabis bar. As the night went on, a 5411 Empanadas food truck rolled up just in time to satisfy those late-night cravings.
From the welcome cocktail party to the farewell brunch, every part of Brian and Xander’s weekend was crafted with heart and with guests in mind. The result? A joyful, immersive experience that was vibrant, unforgettable and unapologetically them.
