Though their paths could have crossed many times, fate had other plans, leading them to meet at a Halloween party Steve was hosting—a party Nicole almost didn’t attend. But that night, the stars aligned, and as they talked, it felt like they were making up for all the years of missed connections. Nicole reflects, “Our love story is a testament to the power of perfect timing, proving that sometimes, the stars align in the most unexpected ways.”
Choosing The Haight as their wedding venue was a natural decision for Nicole, who has been the Event Director there for over six years. She knew the venue’s blend of industrial charm and modern vibe would perfectly match the style they envisioned for their special day. With its two-floor layout and beautiful rooftop deck, The Haight offered guests a variety of experiences and photo opportunities throughout the night. For Nicole, it was incredibly special to start her married life in a place she had helped so many other couples begin theirs. “The evening was everything we had hoped for; the whole place glittered, and we could feel the love in the air from all of our friends and family,” she shared.
Guests were welcomed into a warm, joyful atmosphere where candlelit tables adorned with whimsical, spring-inspired floral arrangements set the mood. The decor, with its elegant champagne and gold tones, perfectly complemented the venue’s ambiance, creating a space that was both sophisticated and inviting.
Music played a central role in the celebration, as Steve is a musician in a local band. The reception’s soundtrack was filled with a mix of love songs and upbeat hits that had everyone on their feet, dancing the night away. To fuel everyone’s dancing, the reception also had interactive food stations offering delicious bites at every corner of the celebration.
