Quartino Ristorante & Wine Bar is a bustling downtown Chicago establishment noted for its distinctive Italian small-plates menu, vintage decor and attentive, personable staff. The menu features Italy’s regional specialties including artisanal salumi, Neapolitan style pizza, house-made pasta and seasonal dishes. Quartino offers several distinct private dining rooms, which are available for birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, special events or business meetings. Quartino PDR offers family style or buffet receptions that are available for brunch, lunch and dinner.
La Grande Sala (Capacity: 104 seated, 120 reception)
Our private dining space is located on the second floor. The space consists of three connected rooms, The Naples, Venice, and Rialto Rooms to make LaGrande Sala. The space exudes a rustic charm, featuring antique Italian décor, hardwood floors, and tin ceiling tiles throughout. The rooms can be divided using frosted folding glass doors, and the second floor is accessible via stairs or by the elevator. Each room is equipped with a ceiling-mounted flat-screen TV. The room is set with 45” round tables that seat six guests each. Additionally, the Rialto Room features a large farm table that can serve as a head table for up to 14 guests or be used for buffet setup.
The Naples Room (Capacity: 60 seated OR reception)
The Naples Room features hardwood floors, tin ceiling tiles, and two ceiling-mounted flat-screen TVs. The space is accented with antique mirrors, framed Italian cycling jerseys, and vintage road bikes, adding a unique and authentic touch to its rustic charm.

The Venice Room features hardwood floors, tin ceiling tiles, and two ceiling-mounted flat-screen TVs. The room is decorated with antique mirrors and a framed vintage Italian cycling jersey, contributing to the space’s rustic and authentic ambiance.
The Rialto Room (Semi-Private – Capacity: 14 seated)
The Rialto Room is a long, narrow space featuring a large wooden farm table that seats up to 14 guests. The room includes hardwood floors, tin ceiling tiles, one ceiling-mounted flat-screen TV, a tall arched window overlooking State Street, and a large framed mirror. The space is semi-private, as ambient noise from the restaurant is audible, and the entrance is enclosed with a heavy tapestry. It also serves as a pass-through between the elevator landing and the upstairs dining rooms.
La Sala Media (Capacity: 84 seated, 90 reception)
La Sala Media combines the Naples and Venice Rooms to create a warm and inviting space ideal for mid-sized gatherings. The room features hardwood floors, tin ceiling tiles, and four ceiling-mounted flat-screen TVs. La Piccola Sala (Capacity: 56 seated OR reception)
La Piccola Sala combines the Venice and Rialto Rooms to create a unique and intimate setting for mid-sized gatherings. The space features hardwood floors, tin ceiling tiles, three ceiling-mounted flat-screen TVs, antique mirrors, and framed vintage Italian cycling jerseys. A tall arched window in the Rialto Room offers a view of State Street, while a large wooden farm table provides seating for up to 14 guests or can be used for buffet setup. The space is semi-private, as ambient noise from the restaurant is audible, and one room entrance is enclosed with a heavy tapestry.
Rome Room (Capacity: 100 seated OR reception)
LIMITED AVAILABILITY – The Rome Room features beautiful large arched windows overlooking State Street, rustic hardwood floors, and framed mirrors that enhance its warm décor. Ceiling-mounted flat-screen TVs are also available in the space. Located at the top of an open staircase, the Rome Room is semi-private, as restaurant noise carries upstairs from the main bar and the room serves as a pass-through between the elevator area and restrooms.
Rome Room Bar (Semi-Private – Capacity: 20 seated, 25 reception)
The Rome Room Bar is located on the second floor and offers a semi-private setting. The space features hardwood floors, a beautifully built-in hardwood bar, and a fireplace that lines one side of the room. While restaurant noise is audible, and guests must pass through the bar area to access the restrooms, the Rome Room Bar remains a welcoming and intimate space.

The space boasts hardwood floors, framed mirrors, and beautiful large arched windows overlooking State Street. It includes a beautifully built-in hardwood bar and a fireplace that lines one side of the room, as well as ceiling-mounted flat-screen TVs. This semi-private space is lively, with restaurant noise audible upstairs, and guests passing through the bar area to access the restrooms. Despite this, the Rome Room Bar provides an inviting and intimate setting ideal for gatherings.
Wine Room (Capacity: 12 seated)
The Wine Room is a long, narrow space featuring a single table that seats up to 12 guests. Located just off the hustle and bustle of the main dining room, it is the ideal private space for an intimate gathering. The room is framed by curtained windows on either side, offering views into both the bar area and the main dining room. Along two walls, built-in wine storage and authentic antique culinary décor are displayed on counters. A flat-screen TV is also available for your audio visual needs.
