Cost is a simple food and beverage minimum that you will need to meet, covering all equipment, staff, etc. From May to October, a wedding ceremony and reception require a food & beverage minimum spend of $65,000 on Saturdays and $55,000 on Fridays/Sundays (excluding a 27% service charge and taxes). For dates in April/November, your minimum spend would be $45,000 (Sat) or $40,000 (Fri/Sun). Off-season months can be more flexible. There are no additional venue or room rental charges!
