Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse Rosemont boasts six private dining rooms & one semi-private area, accommodating intimate dinner parties of 12, up to 144 for a seated event and up to 200 people for a cocktail reception. The private dining rooms are adorned with beautiful hardwood floors, elegantly lit wine cellars, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, gorgeous wood bars, a fireplace and private patio area.

This Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse location is situated in the heart of Chicagoland’s bustling Rosemont area, a stone’s throw from the Donald E. Steven’s Convention Center, The Allstate Arena and The Rosemont Theater. Gibsons Rosemont location offers complimentary valet. Gibsons Steakhouse proudly serves Gibsons Prime Angus beef, USDA certified prime beef sourced from a carefully selected list of producers in the upper Midwest, grain-fed for up to 120 days and aged for a minimum of 45 days. Gibsons Prime Angus Beef is featured along with fresh fish, classic cocktails, an extensive wine list, legendary desserts and exceptional service.

STEPHENS ROOM (Capacity: 64 seated, 80 cocktail)

The Stephens Room is located just off the main dining room allowing your guests to maintain privacy while still enjoying the atmosphere of the main restaurant. This room features beautiful hardwood floors, French doors, floor to ceiling windows, a built-in and generously stocked wood bar, a radiant fireplace, a private patio (weather permitting) and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment.

BAR ROOM ONLY (Capacity: 24 seated, 30 cocktail)

The Stephens Bar Room is located just off the main dining room allowing your guests to maintain privacy while still enjoying the atmosphere of the main restaurant.  This room features beautiful hardwood floors, French doors, floor to ceiling windows, a built-in and generously stocked wood bar and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment.

FIREPLACE ROOM ONLY (Capacity: 40 seated, 50 cocktail)

The Stephens Fireplace Room is located just off the main dining room allowing your guests to maintain privacy while still enjoying the atmosphere of the main restaurant.  This room features beautiful hardwood floors, French doors, floor to ceiling windows, a radiant fireplace and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment.

TROPHY ROOM (Capacity: 40 seated, 40 cocktail)

The Trophy Room features beautiful hardwood floors, a portable bar and a 60” LCD TV. *Please note this room is accessible by STAIRS ONLY, there is no elevator.

MEZZANINE TABLE (SEMI PRIVATE – Capacity: 18 seated, N/A cocktail)

The semi-private Mezzanine Table is a 90” round table. The table overlooks the restaurant’s main entrance, giving your guests that “rockstar” feel. *Please note this room is accessible by STAIRS ONLY, there is no elevator.

TROPHY & MEZZANINE TABLE  (Capacity: 50 seated, 60 cocktail)

The Trophy Room + Mezzanine features beautiful hardwood floors, a portable bar, a 60” LCD TV and Mezzanine that overlooks the Foyer entry. *Please note this room is accessible by STAIRS ONLY, there is no elevator.

ROSEMONT ROOM (Capacity: 144 seated, 200 cocktail)

Rosemont Room features sleek slate floors, elegantly lit wine cellars, high ceilings and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment.
