Located west of Chicago in the heart of Oak Brook, this Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse location offers an expert private dining team that specializes in tailoring events to match every host’s needs. From a small, intimate gathering, to a large-scale cocktail reception, clients are able to customize their dining experience, selecting their favorite dishes and preparations from the Gibsons menu. The classic American steakhouse is the first in the country to be awarded its own USDA Prime Certification. USDA Gibsons Prime Angus Beef is featured along with fresh fish, classic cocktails, an extensive wine list and exceptional service. Private spaces are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner events. Gibsons Oak Brook location offers complimentary valet.

The Oaks is a stunning 6,000-square-foot dining expansion located on the east side of this elegant Gibsons’ venue. This versatile space can be divided into three smaller rooms, each equipped with hi-tech AV capabilities—including state-of-the-art 6K projectors, 10-foot drop-down screens, and overhead custom lighting. Warm hardwood floors, a terrazzo entryway, and artfully placed wooden accents create an inviting ambiance, while the tree-lined outdoor terrace, bridal suite, and Chiavari chairs offer both charm and convenience. With its seamless blend of modern technology and timeless design, The Oaks provides a sophisticated setting perfect for a wide range of events.

Spring Room (East + West Combined) (Capacity: 90 seated, 90 cocktail (150 cocktail style, weather permitting)

Spring Room East (75 cocktail style, weather permitting)

The Spring Room East is located just off the main dining room allowing your guests to maintain privacy while still enjoying the atmosphere of the main restaurant.  This room features floor to ceiling windows, beautiful hardwood floors, a built-in and generously stocked wood bar and a quaint patio space.

Spring Room West (Capacity: 50 seated or 50 cocktail (75 cocktail style, weather permitting)

The Spring Room West is located just off the main dining room allowing your guests to maintain privacy while still enjoying the atmosphere of the main restaurant.The Spring Room West Room features floor to ceiling windows, beautiful hardwood floors, and a quaint patio space.

Mezzanine Table (Semi-Private – Capacity: 16 seated, N/A cocktail)

The semi-private Mezzanine table is 16 feet long and accommodates 16. The table overlooks the restaurant’s foyer, allowing your guests to maintain privacy while still enjoying the atmosphere of the main restaurant.  *Please note this room is accessible by STAIRS ONLY, there is no elevator. We call it the Rock Star table, as you are the only table on this level. You will feel the vibe of the restaurant, while maintaining your privacy.
