Breathtaking Wedding at Hycroft Manor
A beautiful swirl of exotic elegance, the wedding of Shabnam and Matthew took place on a spring afternoon at Hycroft Manor in British Columbia. Shabnam looked just like a princess on her big day, her Casablanca gown kissed with Swarovski crystal beading and pearls, her cathedral veil flowing gracefully to the floor. Clasping a cascading bouquet of peonies, ranunculus, freesias, and jasmine by Tala Florist in her hands, the bride was escorted down the aisle to her groom, where the two were joined in a unique ceremony that mixed Western and Persian traditions. A reception followed inside the manor, tables dressed in champagne linens and candelabras flowing with orchids, a meal from The Lazy Gourmet enjoyed before guests partook of Persian sweets and pieces of cake from Ganache Patisserie, the exquisite masterpiece decorated in sugar flowers and gold designs. Following a slow dance for the newlyweds, a crowd gathered and danced the night away to Famous Players Band.
