Though it’s not secret that I prefer coffee to tea, my cup runneth over with love for this three-tiered cupcake stand! This adorable set made of china may be reminiscent of childhood memories (“Alice in Wonderland” and play tea time with Dad, anyone?), but it’s perfect for a grown-up occasion like a bridal shower. Teacups can also be used as favors and escort cards, too! Custom teabags, china, or traditional place cards are all adorable ways to guests into the theme. My favorite thing about this picture is the mini rose, shabby-chic pattern on the napkin as well as the beautiful gold design on the inside of the teacup– every detail counts! This teacup tree would be a perfect addition for not only a tea party, but a Madhatter themed party a lá “Alice in Wonderland” as well. Though this tree honestly doesn’t appear to be the easier of DIY ideas, a smaller version is much more doable and would provide more opportunities for décor all over such as tabletop centerpieces or dessert table eye candy!
