Q. What colors are considered appropriate for bridesmaids to wear in spring? Originally, I had thought you could only do pastels in spring and deep jewel colors in fall. Someone suggested a light gold color dress for the bridesmaids - is this appropriate? Can I do dark versions of the traditional spring color (deep purple instead of lilac)? Thanks!!!!

Q. I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and when it comes time to buy a wedding gown I will be much larger, how can I get the perfect wedding gown without waiting three months before the wedding or worrying about shedding excess pounds to fit into the dress?

Q. I’m a sentimental kind of woman, and I’ve always dreamed of walking down the aisle in my mother’s wedding gown. My parents have been married for 35 years, and I can’t think of a better way to honor their commitment than by wearing the same gown that started it all. The problem? My mother is a skinny mini, and I’ve got curves. I know gowns can be taken in rather easily, but is there any way to have the dress altered to make it larger?
Sincerely,
Taking a Sentimental Journey

Q. What shoes will match periwinkle dresses? My bridesmaids tell me that the dyed shoe is out of fashion. Is it?
Sincerely,
Sharon

Q. My matron of honor will be seven months pregnant on my wedding date. Are there specific designers that cater to pregnant women, or will we have to have a gown specially made
