Bob and I are both transplants to Chicago – he’s from Long Island and I’m from Southern California. We met through work 3 ½ years ago while both working in advertising sales at different companies.
Initially, we were set on having the wedding in my hometown in California. However, we quickly realized that Chicago is our home now and we love it here! Since our families and many of our friends are on both coasts, we’re trying to make their visit to Chicago as fun and memorable as possible. We appreciate the many people willing to fly out here and spend the time with us; we’re thrilled to have everyone together at once in such a beautiful city.
The ceremony will take place on October 22nd of this year in Lincoln Park at St. Josaphat’s with the reception following at the Signature Room on the 95th floor of the Hancock Building downtown.
