The Hotel Palomar Chicago opened it’s doors this Spring. The evolved boutique concept features show-stopping design and an indoor rooftop pool, offering views of the city’s southeast landscape. The hotel offers 5,800 total square feet for weddings and receptions, including a wowing 2,555 square-foot ballroom accented by gold tones, inconceivably tall ceilings with dramatic chandeliers, and a separate pre-function area with an ornamental staircase, perfect for a grand entrance. The ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows on three of the four walls, with west facing views, perfect for watching the summer sunset. The ballroom can accommodate cocktail receptions for up to 300 guests and dinner for up to 160 guests. There is also an outdoor terrace off of the ballroom, that accommodates 15-20 guests ideal for evening cocktails. And as if that wasn’t enough, your guests will delight in delicious and creative cuisine and sip specialty cocktails provided by the hotel’s fabulous new restaurant, Sable Kitchen and Bar featuring executive chef Heather Terhune, from the Atwood Café.
